“Video” panel, this is where video from the current clip is displayed.
“Mute” button. Clicking this button will enable the audio track of this clip.
“Mute” button. Clicking this button will disable the audio track of this clip.
The currently playing, or previously playing clip, was Mono.
The currently playing, or previously playing clip, was Stereo.
Destination Buttons, these buttons take you to different destinations.
“Expand” button. Returns the player window to normal size.
“Shrink” button. Shrinks the player down to “Compact” mode.
“Zoom” button. Not currently enabled because the current, and or, previously played clip, did not contain video.
“Zoom” button. Clicking this button will return the video pane to the default size of the movie.
“Zoom” button. Clicking this button will double the size of the of the current video pane.
“Play” button, click this button to start playing the last clip played.
“Record” button
Currently this button is disabled because it “Record” mode is not enabled.
“Record” button
Currently the player is recording the current clip.
“Record” button
The clip you tried to record is not currently available for recording.
“Record” button
This will save a local copy of any clip played which has been made recordable by its content provider.
“Scan” button
Click this button to automatically play a few seconds of different live stations currently broadcasting.
Open the preferences to change the length of time each station plays.
“Preset” buttons
Click a preset button to play its audio clip. Hold down the button to reprogram the preset.

“Home” button, clicking on this button will take you to the Progressive Networks Homepage.
“Status” field, this field displays the status of the RealPlayer.
“Time” field, this field displays the current position of the clip, along with the total length of the clip, currently being played.
Copyright Field. The contents of this field are controlled by the party who recorded the current audio clip.
Author Field. The contents of this field are controlled by the party who recorded the current audio clip.
Title Field. The contents of this field are controlled by the party who recorded the current audio clip.

Volume Control
Drag the slider up to increase the playback volume, and drag it down to decrease the volume.
If the volume is too low, you may need to adjust your speaker volume by opening the Control Panels from the Apple Menu and selecting Sound.
“Position” slider, currently disabled because there isn’t a clip being played, or the currently playing clip doesn’t allow seeking.
“Position” slider, drag the indicator around to seek to the time displayed in the “Time” field.
“Fast Forward” button, currently disabled because there isn’t a clip being played, or the currently playing clip doesn’t allow seeking.
“Fast Forward” button, click to scan forward in the currently playing clip.
“Rewind” button, currently disabled because there isn’t a clip being played, or the currently playing clip does allow seeking.
“Rewind” button, click to scan back in the currently playing clip.
“Stop” button, currently disabled because there isn’t a clip being played.
“Stop” button, click to stop the currently playing clip.
“Play” button, click to resume the currently paused clip.
“Play” button, click to pause the currently playing clip.
“Play” button, currently disabled because you have not yet played any clips.
